Interesting Surfing spot in Bali

Here are (in random order) some of interesting surfing spot in regards to the surfers, unfortunately I am not a surfer myself so I can not tell you more about the challenge or the beauty of the wave in each spot...
Padang Bai Beach, Padang bai beach known as the beach with Flatt bottomed mixed reef and sandy bottom with some walls.
Padang - Padang Beach, This beach will only works when the big swell of wave is running, it is of an easy paddle out through the channel.
Ketewel Beach, The surfing crowd of Ketewel Beach commonly are local & Japanese surfers including girls and body-boarders.  It seems suited well for beginners to intermediates may enjoy the beach but not fot people looking for epic surfing.
Impossibles Beach, located in between Bingin Beach adn Padang - Padang Beach and well known as the least crowded surfing spot and if you are either of those two places you can see what is happening at Impossible beach.
Padang Galak Beach, located in the North of Sanur the surf break is quiet popular here but only works under certain condition and season.
Lebih Beach, the surf break in Lebih beach as the surfers said is affected by direction of the swell.
Sanur Reef Beach, Sanur reef is a sheltered reef break that only works once n a while November - April - during wet season provides optimum time of year for the waves.
Dreamland Beach, One of the famous surfing spot for its waves that can peel perfectly for hundreds of meters over the reef.  This surfing spot are reserved for  expert surfers only.  Swimiing here is advisable only on low tide.  Dreamland Beach also a very good spot for those with interest of photographic or taking picture of your lovely one.
Sri Lanka Beach, located on the North of Nusa Dua, a bowly right, whcih breaks into a deep water channel.
Balangan Beach, The reef in this beach is close to the shore and short paddle out.  Balangan beach is a very well-known break and can get very crowded in the  peak season.
Nusa Dua Beach, To get to this reef you have to drive into the town itself and then weave your way south, there are a couple of other good waves in this area.  Doing a bit of exploring is advisable.
Kuta Reef Beach, Is an exposed reef break that is often working well on May to October during dry season.
Green Bali Beach, spotted on the bottom of a cliff, to go down to the spot is a nice and easy but after spending few hours paddling and surfing in this beach the return leg can be hard.
Canggu & Pererenan Beach, those are places that most surfers will know about waves are larger than Kuta Beach, black sandy beach and not much else.  Canggu however is becoming better known in tourist and expat residential area.
Nyang - Nyang Beach, Hidden from the crowd of people yet famous surfing spot for the surf lovers to be in a great place away from the crowd.  The people, big and huge waves of this place makes this place a little secret paradise for the surfers.
Balian Beach, Balian gets some swell and is a quiet place in North of Bali, as this beach located on the road side makes surfers has easy access to this beach.
Uluwatu Beach, can be considered in 4 different section, Temples which is a long and hollow wave that works on the mid to high tide. The Peak right in front of eatery area (warungs) in line with the cave also best on the high tide.  Racetrack is a super fast with a barrel that works on a low tide, but gets seriously shallow. Outside corner is considered by many as the best waves anywhere in the world.  The corner won't even start to break unless the swell is at least in the 8' range.
Medewi Beach, Medewi is a perfect fun wave for all surfers, suggested to come early to avoid onshore winds.  The swell is generally smaller that Kuta reef, located in the west side of Bali.

i have a friend who'd been to bali to surf... when he got back from his little vacation, he was raving endlessly about how awesome your surf spots are, in fact he keeps inviting me and some other friends to hit the waves in bali with him...
